Between 30—31 May 1933, a convoy carrying massive components of a generator bound for Ardnacrusha Power Station made its way through the streets of Limerick city, passing the well-known landmarks of King John’s Castle, and the Treaty Stone. Check out our gallery of rare transport imagery below.
