ESB Public Relations Department designed and distributed this calendar for 1962.
Each day of the year had a mini recipe prepared by journalist and broadcaster Maura Laverty (wikipedia link) .
The calendar was printed by the Temple Press Ltd from blocks supplied by the Irish Photo Engraving Co, Dublin.
