1969
ESB Tralee office won best floral float in the festival parade of 1969. The float, constructed by local staff , was called The Farran 4 as the new Kerry Airport at Farranfore was officially opened on the first day of the festival.

At the festival show in 1984 ESB had a few stands including the popular How Electricity Works where ESB apprentices explained the wonder of electricity to visitors.
1992

1992 Float

In 1992 some of the Roses floated down the streets of Tralee in an energy efficient ship of light built by local staff.
